Background
As Taiwan’s labor market ages, overseas talent has become an important source of workforce. 104, which has long served local job seekers, revamped a dedicated section to boost its competitiveness in recruiting foreign talent and enhance its global recruitment capabilities.

Research & Insights
Through user interviews and analysis of operational data from the previous version, it was identified that foreign job seekers face challenges such as language barriers, a lack of regulatory information, and limited access to employer-specific job listings.
